Overview of 3Z7 series
Equipped with a AMD Zynq XC7Z020/30/45 component with Dual Arm® Cortex®-A9 and Programmable Logic based on 28nm.
A compact, low-power FPGA module with the most commonly used features in an easy to integrate 50mm x 70mm form factor. Only a 3.3V supply is required as all FPGA and RAM voltages are generated on board. Everything from power sequencing, configuration and clock generation is implemented on board. The “Config done” pin indicates the ready state of the module. 3Z7xx Series are fully plug’n’play compatible to 3ZUxx Series modules.
