Knowledge Resources GmbH designs and builds FPGA based Systems on Modules (SoMs) in Basel Switzerland.

We were the first certified Xilinx alliance partner in Switzerland and are now one of a handful of premier SoM partners of AMD.

Our KRM-4ZUxxDR SoM has extensive flight heritage on more than 10 successful LEO deployments since 2019.

We have advanced production and inspection capabilities in our Basel facility, among them are Vacuum Vapor- Phase soldering, in-house X-ray / CT scanning abilities and climate chambers for thermal cycling.

In support of our standard COTS module range, we offer design-in services and complex system designs including structural elements with in-house CNC capabilities. Full custom design inquiries are also welcome.

Our team is experienced in RF designs up to Ka-band (Analog and FPGA based processing), high resolution/low latency image processing including image sensor corrections, efficient power management for FPGA and many more relevant topics required to provide vertically integrated systems solution, all under one roof.
