KRM-4ZU48DR Module with AMD RFSoC GEN3

The KRM-4ZU48DR RFSoC module is based on the RFSoC Gen3 family of AMD. This compact, high end module embeds the AMD RFSoC in a most versatile design so that it can be optimally utilized in a multitude of applications. It requires only a 12V supply, as all FPGA and RAM voltages are generated on board.

Everything from power sequencing,  configuration and clock generation is implemented on board. The Dual 64Bit PL DDR4 RAM, operating at 2.4GT/s, provides the highest PL memory bandwidth of any currently available RFSoC module. Sixteen 28Gbit transceivers provide ample connectivity, on board dual QSPI and eMMC memories allow for a multitude of boot options and storage.

Easy Evaluation

Our KRC-4700 carrier kit enables easy evaluation. The kit comes with comprehensive example designs, documentation, and complete accessories. The kit includes a power supply, JTAG adapter, RF and QSFP+ cables, and a cooling solution for lab applications.
